A Hands-On, Educational Farm Experience for Your Students
In today’s world, many children are generations removed from farm life — we want to change that. SaddleRock Farm offers seasonal field trips that blend education, hands-on fun, and unforgettable memories for students of all ages.
From feeding animals and riding horses to making real farm feed, kids will experience the sounds, sights, and spirit of authentic farm life in a faith-filled, family-friendly environment.
Activities
Students will rotate through five interactive stations, each led by an instructor:
Small Animal Station
Learn about and help feed goats, chickens & more!
Horse Training Demo
See real groundwork techniques and how horses learn!
Farm Demo
Participate in making animal feed & explore farm tools!
Lead-Line Horse Rides
Our most popular activity (and the highlight for many!)
Tractor-Pulled Hay Ride
Enjoy a scenic ride through the farm’s pasture and woods!
PUMPKIN PATCH*
Visit our pumpkin patch to choose the perfect pumpkin to take home.
*We also provide picnic tables and a covered shelter so your group can enjoy lunch in the fresh country air.
